Minimum order & lead time

All orders are made to order. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product family and customization; exact figures are confirmed on quote. Standard production lead time runs from artwork approval to ex-factory readiness — we state the confirmed window on every pro forma invoice, and we do not start production until your logo artwork and preload files are signed off.

Worldwide delivery & Incoterms

We ship worldwide by air or sea through major carriers and freight forwarders. Default trade terms are EXW (ex-works, our facility) or FOB (Guangzhou / Shenzhen port) unless otherwise agreed; other Incoterms (CIF, DDP, etc.) can be arranged on request. Import duties, taxes and last-mile clearance at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility under all standard terms.

Samples

Samples are available on a refundable deposit. The sample deposit is credited against your first bulk order once it is placed, so you can verify build quality and printing with minimal risk before committing to a full run. Sample lead time is typically shorter than bulk production.

Tracking & logistics

Every shipment carries a tracking number, and we share it with you as soon as the goods are handed to the carrier. For sea freight we provide the bill of lading; for air and express we provide the airway bill. We reply to shipping-status questions on WhatsApp and email within 24 hours on business days.
